Jen A. Schmidt is a nationally published designer. As an artist, Jen works in paint, sculpture and photography. She is a lifelong world traveler and has taken thousands of photos from which she draws the inspiration for her work. Jen’s design work has twice been featured in the “American Graphic Design Annual” as well as in “The Best of Brochure Design 5”. She was featured in The Daily Herald for her painting of the “Pucci Pony”, which can been seen in a garden setting, in Arlington Height’s very own, Sherwood neighborhood.

Jen teaches art history to students at Northwest Suburban Montessori School.
